The DNA analysis presents users with a detailed report based on their body’s response to particular types of training and nutrition. A study by the University of Central Lancashire found that using DNA-matched training could enhance athletes’ performance.
The results of the test are used to show the user whether he would respond better to high or low-intensity resistance training and how sensitive he is to carbohydrates, alcohol, salt and saturated fats.
